Yes, custom window coverings are an investment, which will pay off in the long run. And remember, you don’t have to jump in and do your entire home at once.

Bottom line, there’s a time and a place for both types of window coverings. Even I have used ready-made in my own home (with alterations). In the Fort Worth area, I see luxury homes with retail treatments in the kids’ spaces and custom throughout the rest of the home.
